Technical Support Call from Hell
I have to wonder, has anyone ever had an actual call that was this bad?
"So, like, I turned on my computer and I clicked on some icons and I did some stuff and it worked fine and then I closed some of those programs but then I opened up something else and typed some stuff and then I did some more stuff with another program and then I went to this last program and opened it up and told it to do some stuff, and while it was working I went back to this other program and did some more stuff but then when I went to go back to the other program and type some more stuff, it wouldn't let me, so I shut that down and tried to do something else, but my computer froze up so I was wondering, could you help me?"
