I think it raises copyright issues.

I mean, sure, the standard for copyright violations is whether a reasonable person could be confused. And sure, you could shoot the rifle for hours without confusing it with the vodka.

But if you shoot the vodka for hours, you might indeed get confused about which is which.

Besides, the gun actually isn't named a Kalashnikov, it's technically an AK47, where AK are the initials of the guy who developed it (Read: headed the project to develop it..). Who of course was this guy Kalashnikov, who is now giving his name to a vodka.
