This morning, I went to the local grocery store to pick up a few items. This store also has aisles that have automotive and household stuff, but basically, it's a grocery store. It's not a Wal-Mart/Target/superstore type.
Which is why I was most amused to see a small table set up in the front, covered with gold cloth, sporting half a dozen copies of a familiar green-covered book.
Yes, folks, I was able (should I have wished to) to buy my very own copy of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince while I was picking up my milk. Not that I did. I'm waiting for it to come out in paperback so my set is consistent. Yes, I know that this makes me weird. Yes, I know I have lots of self-restraint. Yes, I know I'm going to be spoilered.
I really don't care about that last.
