First order guess would be "per-zhib-i-slav-ski."

shribz-LOU-ski, with a little bit of a p-sound at the front end, would be my guess, based on pronunciations of other Polish names I've seen on that scheme. That's LOU as in 'loud'.

PERZ-beh-SLAU-ski would be my guess. It's only four syllables, when you think about it.

(I like to think I've gained an affinity for both Polish and Russian surnames, since Brooklyn has a burgeoning population of Russian emigres that I deal with on a regular basis at work, plus there is a sizable, and very, very distinct hardcore Polish enclave - seriously, third and fourth generations later, and the signs on all the stores are still in Polska.
