A pleasant surprise

I'm trying to set up an IRA with my current company to continue saving towards my retirement. So I called the company that services my company's IRA and asked for the relevant prospectuses to review. Which arrived today. Looking through them, I noticed that the lady I'd called took the time to include a handwritten note asking me to call her if I had any questions. For someone who doubtless has multiple accounts to worry about and is almost certainly very busy to actually handwrite a note, rather than include a form boilerplate was a pleasant surprise. Nice to know that some people still care enough to give that personal touch.

Take lyrics to a song, paste them to Google Language Tools. Translate them from English to German, then from German to French, then from French back to English. Post the lyrics on your blog and ask people to guess what song it is.
