Second Plea

I am having problems with the program Trillian, which I use to access my IM accounts. Until I can solve this, my window to the outside world is pretty much cut off. Details listed in an earlier entry here:

It may be that this is a Registry problem. I've dealt with my Registry once or twice before and I think I can fix it if someone (with more experience) can guide me along and make sure I don't erase something vital.
