Interesting exchange

I walked over from my apartment to check my mail. A couple of kids (9 yrs old or so) playing on the play equipment called out to me: "Hello!" "Hello!"

So I smiled and said hello back. Then one of them asked me: "Do you have any kids?"

(Kids? What?) "No."

"You don't have any kids?"

"No......"

"You shouldn't. Kids are trouble."

Then the other one pipes in: "They give you headaches."

I just had to laugh. Where *do* kids get this sort of thing? And why would they bother to share with me?

I suspect that the person who made this considers them self a "hippie". I, however, certainly do not. They smell. ;)
